# Build a trusted company hub that attracts builders and opportunities

> Turn your company hub into an official, useful reference for builders, partners, and ecosystem teams.

A strong company hub answers three questions quickly: who you are, what you build, and how someone can work with you. Treat it as your canonical Web3 reference, not a copied company biography.

## Complete the foundation

1. Open the hub and choose **Edit Profile** to fill in the logo, banner, description, website, industry, location, social links, hiring status, and contact details.
2. Finish company verification from **Company Hub → Settings → Verification**. See [Verify a company and understand the badge](/help/companies/verify-a-company-and-understand-the-badge).
3. Invite the team from **Role Management**. Give each person the least access they need.
4. Publish at least one real product, job, event, grant, bounty, hackathon, or accelerator from the company.

## Fill the tabs a visitor actually reads

The public hub is organized as Overview, Activities, People, Products, Ecosystem, and Jobs, plus a Community tab when the company runs a community board. Each one should stand on its own:

* **Builders** look for a credible team on People, current products, and open roles with an official application destination.
* **Partners and DevRel teams** look for ecosystem context, active programs, and a reliable contact path.
* **Recruiters** look for accurate company roles and a professional place from which to reach candidates.

Verification confirms the hub belongs to the organization. It does not vouch for the products, the token, or every person claiming an affiliation, so keep the underlying detail current.

## What a paid plan adds

Most of the hub is free, including verification and unlimited posting. The advanced builder filters, builder skill summaries, job-to-candidate matching, dApp Radar, community boards, and the Pro badge require the **Company** plan; Ecosystem Tracker and campaign connectors require the **Ecosystem** plan. **Company Hub → Settings → Plan** shows which of these your hub has today. Review the hub after a launch, funding update, hiring change, team move, or token change.
