# What is dApp.ing?

> See how dApp.ing brings Web3 work, people, companies, products, and opportunities together.

dApp.ing is the professional network and discovery layer for Web3. It connects builders, companies, dApps, and opportunities through verifiable work, clear identity, and accountable publishing.

Instead of treating a profile, badge, or score as proof by itself, dApp.ing brings experience verification, shipped projects, team relationships, recommendations, reviews, and public activity into one connected view. Builders get a shareable proof page, while companies get a canonical hub for their team, products, and opportunities.

## What you can do

* Present your experience, skills, projects, and professional intent on one shareable profile.
* Connect accounts and wallets you want associated with your profile.
* Request verification for professional experience and see who confirmed it.
* Create or manage a company hub and publish on its behalf when you have permission.
* Discover builders, organizations, products, events, and active opportunities.
* Follow people, review products, write recommendations, and start conversations.

## Start with your goal

If you want work, make your skills, availability, experience, and shipped projects easy to inspect. If you want collaborators or funding, show the problem, your contribution, and current project links. If you represent a company, build the company hub before publishing opportunities from it.

The value comes from connected context, not the number of fields you fill in. Keep dates, links, relationships, and availability current so another person can understand what you built, what you contributed, and what you want to do next.
