What your company sees
You see the public profile, and only the public profile. Every optional field carries the builder’s own switch: location, current company and position, primary wallet, social accounts, availability, and collectibles are each shown or hidden by them, and search reads what is public. The paid instruments add reach across those same public records rather than access underneath them. Advanced filters narrow the set, skill summaries organize what is already on the page, and job-to-candidate matching ranks people against one of your roles using only what they chose to publish.What builders see
Nothing about your sourcing. Dapping does not report builder profile views, so no builder is told that you looked, when, how often, or which of your team did. There is no “who viewed your profile” surface on a builder profile and no plan that adds one. Your own hub is the other way round: your company Activity shows the engagement your public pages received. Candidates never see their own match score against your role, and a match is not a message: nothing reaches them until you actually make contact. What a builder does see is you. Your hub, your verification, your team, your listings, and your activity are public, which is the same trade you are making of them. If you attest a role, revoke one, or grant or remove board XP, the person on the other side is notified, with your reason attached where one applies.What neither side gets
Applications you receive stay with your listing. Stage moves notify the candidate about their own application and nobody else, and there is one application per person per role, so a pipeline reflects real interest. Source as widely as you like; nobody is watching you do it. Then be deliberate about first contact, because that is the first thing the builder learns about your interest, and it is the only part of the process they can judge you on.Continue on Dapping
