Deletion is permanent and there is no self-serve way to undo it. Save anything you need and resolve company ownership before you start.

Delete your account

1

Open the setting

Go to Profile Settings → Delete Account on your own profile.
2

Sign in again

Select Delete Account and sign in again when prompted. A fresh sign-in is required to confirm.
3

Export embedded wallet keys

If you hold an embedded wallet, export every key you need first and confirm the acknowledgement. Dapping cannot recover or copy those keys afterwards.
4

Confirm

Type DELETE to confirm.
Your account is deactivated straight away, sign-in is blocked, and your profile details are cleared: name, bio, headline, photo, social links, and stored wallet addresses. Your follows are removed. The account is permanently purged seven days later. If you delete by mistake, write to support@dapp.ing before that period ends. You cannot sign back in to reverse it yourself.

What happens to what you posted

What deletion does not cover

Deleting a Dapping account does not close your email, X, or wallet provider accounts, move assets, reverse blockchain history, revoke approvals you granted elsewhere, or withdraw applications you sent outside Dapping.

If deletion is blocked

Account deletion is refused while you own any company. The page names the companies and links to each one. Transfer ownership to an admin or delete the hub, then try again. To remove a duplicate or impersonating hub you do not own, report it instead.

Delete a company hub

Only the company owner can do this. Admins cannot. Open the company’s settings, select Delete Company, sign in again when prompted, and type the company name to confirm. The hub is hidden immediately and permanently purged seven days later. Its listings and team access go with it, so tell your teammates first.
