A personal profile and a company hub are separate records that can be connected but never merged. The account selected in the header decides which one you are acting as, and where a post comes from.

Switch the identity you are acting as

1

Open the account selector

Select your avatar in the header.
2

Pick yourself or a company

Choosing a company moves you into that workspace. Choosing yourself returns you to your personal profile.
3

Confirm before you submit

Create pages show the selected company again before submission, so you can check whether the post will come from you or from the organization.
Publishing from the wrong identity confuses applicants, partners, and team members, so check the selector before every company action.

What belongs on each

Being shown as a company member does not by itself verify employment. A company-listed role and verified experience are separate records with their own steps; see Understand company-listed roles and verified experience.

Keep both surfaces complete

Your personal profile remains the record of your own work even when you manage a company. The company hub represents the organization and its public work. When both are filled in, visitors can move from the person to the organization and inspect the relationship instead of relying on a disconnected title.
