Search first. Your company may already be here as an unclaimed profile, and claiming that keeps its page, listings, and history together instead of splitting them across a duplicate.

Create a hub

1

Check for an existing hub

Search Companies for the organization and its common name variants.
2

Start the form

Open Create Company Hub from the Publish menu or the Companies page.
3

Basics

Add the company name, public URL, description, contact email, website, and category.
4

Brand and details

Add a logo and hiring status. Both are optional and editable later.
5

Verify and publish

Prove you represent the company by signing in to its official X account or confirming a company-domain email, then publish.
The identity proof in the final step is required. The hub cannot be published without it, and creating the hub makes you its owner.

Claim an existing hub

1

Open the hub

Go to the existing company hub.
2

Start the claim

Select Claim company hub.
3

Prove you represent the company

Use whichever proof the dialog offers. There are two, and either one is enough on its own. If neither fits your company, a third route through support is below.
Official X account. Sign in to the X account shown in the dialog. It has to be that exact account, not a personal one and not a founder’s. Company email. Ask for a code and enter it. The address has to be on the company’s own website domain, so a personal provider such as Gmail or Outlook does not work here. Either proof hands you ownership straight away, along with every listing already attached to that hub. Any competing claim on the same company is closed at the same time. The dialog reports how many listings moved with the hub.

If the dialog offers no proof

Some profiles carry neither an official X account nor a website on a domain we can email you at. The dialog says so and gives you a support address. Write to us from your company email address and name the profile you want. We check it by hand and set the profile up so you can finish the claim yourself.

If there is no claim option at all

A hub cannot be claimed when it already has an owner or when the company is suspended. Imported listings are not claimable on their own; they move with the company hub once someone claims it. Claiming proves you represent the company. It is not the same as company verification, which needs both an official X account and a company-domain email, plus a Dapping review. If the existing hub is a duplicate or an impersonation, report it from that page rather than creating a second one.
