Find builders
- Open Builders.
- Search by name, handle, skill, role, or intent. Browse hubs also exist for skills, intents, locations, and ecosystems, including open-to-work builders.
- Open a profile to review experience, projects, recommendations, and proof labels.
- Use the message request flow for outreach.
Availability signals
A builder picks from a fixed set of intents: Full-time, Contract, Co-founding, Advisory, Hackathon teams, Grants and bounties, or Not looking. Choosing Not looking clears the others. These are self-managed and go stale faster than anything else on a profile. Read the specific intents rather than inferring availability from an active-looking profile, and ask whether the builder is still open. Before reaching out
- Read the full profile and recent work.
- Separate verified experience from information the person added themselves.
- Name the company, the role or collaboration, the expected commitment, the location or timezone, and why their visible work is relevant.
- Send a message request and respect the answer.
