Create your account
1
Start the sign-in
Select Continue in the header.
2
Choose a method
Choose email, X, or a wallet. Dapping recognizes EVM, Solana, and Midnight wallet addresses.
3
Complete the provider prompt
A wallet becomes login authority only after you finish the signature step it asks for.
4
Finish onboarding
It opens by itself once you are signed in.
Login methods and connected accounts are different
Email, X, and an authenticated wallet are the only credentials that can open your account. After you are in, you can also connect GitHub, Discord, Farcaster, and Telegram. Those four are professional context on your profile. None of them can create or recover a Dapping account, and neither can a social or portfolio link you type in by hand. Connecting a wallet so that it appears on your profile is not the same as authenticating with it. A wallet shown on a profile is not proof that it can sign you in. Dapping will not let you remove your only remaining way in. If you try, the Connections tab asks you to add another login method first. If you return to the wrong profile
- Open the account menu, select Disconnect, then return with the email address currently on your account, your X account, or the exact wallet address.
- Finish any provider prompt you started. An unfinished prompt cannot establish the session you expect.
- Check the wallet address and its network. A different address is a different account.
