Good feedback explains what you were trying to do and what would have made it work. Search the portal before posting so you can vote on an existing request instead of splitting the discussion.

Where to find it

Select Feedback in the footer or in your account menu. Both open the Dapping feedback portal, as does dapp.ing/feedback.

Sort your post by topic

Use the board or tag that matches what you are reporting:
  • Product ideas: workflow improvements and feature requests.
  • Bugs and broken flows: errors, loading failures, and actions that do not work.
  • Data and listing corrections: inaccurate public information about a company, product, or opportunity.
  • Trust and verification: proof, claims, badges, or impersonation concerns.

Include

  1. A short title naming the outcome you wanted.
  2. The page URL.
  3. What you expected and what happened instead.
  4. Steps to reproduce, your browser and device, and roughly when it happened.
  5. A redacted screenshot when it adds evidence.
Remove private keys, recovery phrases, passwords, session data, applicant information, and anyone else’s personal details before you post. The portal is public. Describe the outcome you need rather than the control you want, and say who has the problem, how often it happens, and what you do instead today. That is what lets the team weigh one request against another. For a trust or identity problem, use the reporting flow inside the product instead of a public post.
