These are two separate actions and you can use both. Blocking is immediate and private to you; reporting asks Dapping to review something. Neither is the first step if money is at risk.

Block a person

Blocking is available inside Messages.
1

Open the conversation

Select the menu beside the name.
2

Block

Select Block user.
You can also block directly from a pending message request: open Messages → Requests, find the request, and select Block. Blocking stops that account from opening new direct contact with you and withdraws their pending message request from your inbox. The person you block is not told. Blocking does not delete an existing thread and does not remove content they already published.

Submit a report

1

Open what you are reporting

Go to the profile, company hub, product, listing, comment, or conversation involved.
2

Select Report

The report panel opens on that record.
3

Choose the closest reason

The list includes Impersonation, Fake support or admin account, Phishing or wallet drain link, Fake airdrop or token claim, Spam, Harassment or bullying, Hate speech, Illegal content, Malware or unsafe download, and Other.
4

Describe what you observed

A written description is required when you choose Other, and when you report from a conversation, because reviewers see the account rather than the thread.
5

Submit

Reviewers see your report privately, and you receive a notification if it results in an action.
Include public Dapping URLs, what happened, and when. Do not include passwords, verification codes, seed phrases, private keys, identity documents, session data, or unrelated private conversations.

If money or wallet authority is at risk

Stop the interaction and reject any pending wallet prompt first. Use your wallet or login provider’s own recovery process before you finish the Dapping report. Dapping cannot reverse a blockchain transaction, revoke an approval you granted, or recover a key.
