Before reporting
- Open the exact listing and copy its address.
- Check the organization’s official source.
- If you manage the listing, edit it yourself. That is faster than any review.
Write the correction
- Name the wrong field and the value showing now.
- Give the corrected value.
- Link the most authoritative public evidence.
- Say whether the item is stale, duplicated, closed, moved, or attributed to the wrong entity.
When to use Report instead
The Report action on a listing is for safety and policy problems: impersonation, phishing, a fake token claim, an unsafe download, or content that does not belong. Send routine factual corrections through the feedback portal instead, and use the identity guide when two records describe the same organization.Continue on Dapping
Submit a listing correction
Submit the listing link, the incorrect detail, and a source that shows the right one.
