Publish asks two questions before a form opens, and your answer becomes the name on the record. Applicants and attendees judge an opportunity by the organization accountable for it.
After verified email, an individual can publish products while a company owner or admin can publish all eight listing types; members cannot publish for the hub.

What each identity can publish

  • Your proof page publishes one type: a product.
  • A company hub publishes all eight types: event calendars, events, hackathons, grants, accelerators, bounties, jobs, and products.
Opening any non-product create form while posting as yourself does not produce an error page. Dapping explains that only products come from a proof page and offers the product form instead.

Who may publish under a company

Owners and admins only. A member of a company hub cannot publish on its behalf, and no role setting changes that. Ask an owner to make you an admin, or set up your own hub. The company picker lists only the hubs where you hold one of those two roles. Your account also needs a verified email address before any create form will save.

Choose the identity

1

Open Publish

Select Publish from the left sidebar.
2

Pick the identity

Choose Your proof page or Company hub.
3

Pick the company and type

For a company, select it under Post as, then choose the content type.
4

Continue to the form

The create form opens for that type.
The company selector in the header reflects the same choice, so switching there changes what you are about to publish as. If a company is missing, confirm that you accepted its invitation and that your role is owner or admin. While you edit something already published, the company is locked and cannot be switched. Publish from a company only when you are authorized to represent it. Applicants and attendees judge an opportunity by the organization accountable for it.
