Most temporary sign-in, loading, and save problems clear with one pass through the checklist below. If yours does not, collect the details the team needs to reproduce it.

If sign-in fails

Dapping shows a Login needs attention notice when it cannot complete a sign-in, and the notice carries the actions that apply to your case:
  • Try again retries the same method. It stays disabled for a few seconds between attempts.
  • Continue another way reopens the chooser so you can use a different method already on your account.
  • Contact support opens a message to support@dapp.ing.
Finish any wallet or provider prompt you opened. A prompt left half-completed cannot establish a session, and the page will keep behaving as though you are signed out.

If your profile does not load

Open the account menu and select Reload profile. It appears whenever your profile fails to load and re-requests it without signing you out.

If a save fails

  1. Reload the page once and confirm your connection.
  2. Check required fields, links, and dates, then save again.
  3. Wait for one save to finish before submitting a second time.
  4. Work in a current tab. A tab left open for a long time can hold an expired session.
If Dapping accepted the change but the public page still looks old, open the public address directly and refresh once.

Report a reproducible issue

Include the page URL, roughly when it happened, what you expected, what happened instead, your browser and device, and a screenshot with private details removed. When the failure occurs on an application, registration, or wallet screen belonging to another service, that service controls the next step.
