Company verification confirms that a hub is connected to the organization it represents. It applies to the company identity, not to every project or person shown on the hub.

What starts verification review

  1. Complete the hub with its official website and accurate public details.
  2. Open Company Hub → Settings → Verification as an owner or admin.
  3. Connect and verify the organization’s official X account.
  4. Add an official company email on the Profile tab, then confirm it with the code sent to that inbox.
Once both current proofs are present, the company is sent for Dapping review automatically. There is no separate request to submit. The email has to be on the same registrable domain as the company website, which is the domain your people are emailed at rather than the exact host of your site. A company whose site sits at app.example.xyz verifies with an address at example.xyz, and a company at example.com can verify with an address at mail.example.com. Free personal email providers and shared publishing hosts are not accepted. If the address on file does not match, the panel says which part to fix and links back to the Profile tab.

During and after review

The badge appears only after approval. Review can stay pending, or ask for corrected evidence, when the X account, company-domain email, website, or public details cannot be confirmed. A badge cannot outlive the proof under it, so changing or disconnecting a required proof returns the company to an earlier verification state, and replacing an already-verified company email requires proof for the new address.

What the badge adds and how to read it

Verification also adds three things beyond the badge: company-attested experience badges for your team, the ability to issue participation attestations for campaigns your company organizes, and one-click apply on your job listings. Use the badge as an identity signal, then keep evaluating. Check the official website, X account, team, projects, token context, and opportunity destination. Verification does not endorse a company’s financial health, hiring decisions, contracts, projects, or token.
