Choose a starting point

  • Search covers builders, companies, products, jobs, events, opportunities, and published content. You can narrow it to one of those groups.
  • Companies for organizations and their teams.
  • Builders for professional profiles.
  • Products for the products teams have shipped.
  • Jobs, Events, and Hackathons for active paths to participate.

Refine results

  1. Search with a specific name, handle, skill, or topic. Search needs at least two characters.
  2. Apply only filters that matter to your decision.
  3. Open the full profile instead of relying on a card.
  4. Verify official links, dates, proof labels, and attribution.
No results can mean the spelling, filter combination, or listing state is too restrictive. Clear filters and try the canonical handle or a broader keyword. Over-filtering hides relevant work that has incomplete metadata.

How the sort order works

Most directories open on Recommended, which is personalized when you are signed in and labelled For You in that case. Every other sort does exactly what its name says: newest, highest rated, most upvoted, highest salary, and so on are literal and never personalized. When you are signed in, Recommended reads what you have told us about yourself: the skills on your profile, the ecosystems you follow, the topics you picked, the companies you have worked at, and where you are. Nothing you have not entered is used, and it never reads your browsing history on other sites. Two things about Recommended are worth knowing. Featured placement is paid promotion, it is a genuine ranking boost, and it expires. Items you already follow are pushed down rather than removed, so the list keeps showing you things you have not seen; use the Following filter when you want your own follows back at the top. Listings that have ended are ranked below live ones and are hidden from the default view. Each directory has a chip that brings them back: Past events, Closed, or Expired, depending on the listing type. Nothing is deleted, and every ended listing keeps its own page. Search order is a discovery aid, not an endorsement or a complete view of Web3.
